What we do:
We offer fair housing for seniors 55+, or people 24+ with physical and/or mental disabilities. We assist residents to live independently in their apartments. The Resident Service Coordinator links residents up with agencies that can best meet their needs through assessing needs upon intake and assessing activities of daily living. A Service Needs Plan is established which then allows ongoing case management and referrals to appropriate agencies.
We also offer:
Educational programming that encourages residents to continue to live independently. Many residents are involved in service coordination to greatly increase the quality of their lives. Both the tenants and the owners/ management of the Argonaut/El Tovar benefit financially from services.
We help our residents obtain:
- Weekly RTD shuttles to grocery store
- Argonaut Food Pantry
- Metro Care Ring for fresh food and bus tokens
- RTD/Access-A-Ride Bus and Light Rail
- Medical transportation
- Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security Benefits On-line
- In Home Health Services
- Mental Health Services in house & out patient
- Substance Abuse Prevention Services
